Smoothie recipe for your holiday pleasure

1. Slice 4-6 apples in the blender.

2. Measure 2 tablespoons of lecithin and 1-2 tablespoons of cinnamon.

3. Drop in 1-2 vanilla pods or 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla powder.

4. Administer honey. About 1 tablespoon.

5. Start your engines and serve.

 

Quality recommendations for the best tasting experience:

Apples: Organic red variety. ie. Royal gala etc.

Lecithin: Non-GMO lecithin powder. 

Cinnamon: Organic Ceylon cinnamon. Varieties with coumarin (ie. Cassia cinnamon) may be toxic for liver. (More info here.) 

Vanilla: Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. 

Honey: Raw organic locally produced.
