Performance pudding

It is recommended to split this process to parts depending on your blender’s container capacity and processing power. However, this can be done in one single blend, with enough horsepower (For example this was done with a Vitamix 5200 and 2 liter container, though sometimes even this machine stalls under the load of this material, so it is reasonable to do it in at least two different sessions, especially if you are doing bigger sizes like doubling or tripling the ingredients.)
First part includes tougher material like nuts and seeds:
Water – 0,75 liters / 25 ounces
Chia seeds – 3 tablespoons
Marcona almonds – 2 handfuls
Mulberries or cashews (or both if you wish) – 3 handfuls
This might be enough for the first phase. Blend the material so it is smooth and pour it in a bowl.
Second part includes lighter ingredients. Mostly powders.
Water 0,75 liters / 25 ounces
Lecithin – 4 tablespoons
Coconut oil – 5 tablespoons
Rice bran solubles (tocotrienols) – 5 tablespoons
Maca – 5 tablespoons
Lucuma – 5 tablespoons
Cacao nibs – 10 tablespoons
Honey – 1 teaspoon
Acerola powder – 8 tablespoons
Warrior blend protein – 4 scoops (about 84 grams / 3 ounces)
Baobab – 4 tablespoons
After it is blended smooth enough, combine it with the part 1 in the bowl and stir so long that it is evenly mixed together. Now put it in the fridge and let it settle and reach it’s final form.
This is a basic version of this recipe. You can adjust the texture by changing the amount of water and ingredients. You also might add some flavor like vanilla etc. Feel free to play around with different variations and send feedback about your experiences.
